My mother-in-law and my brother came up for a visit and instead of just hanging around the house all day, we decided to head to the hills - or the mountains, I should say! Nothing like a day of playing in the dirt, with cool breezes and good company!
Well, as usual, these pictures are out of order. You see, when you download pictures to this blog, they automatically put them above the last picture loaded. I know this is true, but it simply takes too much time and forthought to get them organized correctly.
All that to say... we were visited by a skunk as we were packing up our picnic! To make things more interesting, the sun had just set and we had a hard time seeing where the little creature was. Yikes! That could have been a disaster, but thankfully he went his way and we went ours!
Enjoying the slide! The last few times we came here, the slides were too hot to touch!
Say "cheesy!"
Uncle Darrell had fun trying his hand with my camera
Morgan enjoyed the slide, too!
I absolutely love this picture.
I seriously get speachless when I look at some of these. How can you be so cute?
The day was not without its bumps and bruises. All in the life of a little boy.
I love letting little boys (and girls someday, hopefully!) play in the dirt! Click here to see Malachi making "sand angels" at this same park over a year ago.
